Today is the last day at school. The students will be given a certificate of attendance.
In the afternoon, there is a sport activity and in the evening we are having Karaoke and disco to end up this week at school.
Tomorrow is the icing of the cake: the trip to London. Since we won't be back to London House School of English to have an available computer, we may not be able to update the blog. So we will send you the most representative photographs via whatsapp and will work on the blog in Spain to upload all the pictures we'll take.
This is a blog created for the students of IES "Giner de los Ríos" travelling to Westgate on Sea, to Bray and to Salisbury from 2015 to 2020 and ... for their parents... and anyone who wants to read it. Accompanying teachers: Paloma Sotillo, Carmen Martínez and Irene Martín.

At the moment, everybody is at work. The children are in class, as you can see, and we're working on this blog.
In the afternoon, we have the half day visit to Canterbury. It is a very beautiful city and we're sure the students will love it.
It has a lot of nice shops, and we know our students will appreciate that and enjoy it a lot.

PROJECT 7: DOVER CASTLE. BY ANDRES GARCIA AND DAVID LOPEZ.
VISITING
DOVER CASTLE,
Andrés
García Arquero &
David López Blanco
Today
after being in class during some time and eating, we went in bus to
Dover Castle, wich is a medieval castle in Dover, Kent. It was
founded during the 11th century and it's the largest castle in all of
England.
We
were able to see the inside. It was decorated like it would probably
be in that time. Also, we saw the underground of the castle, and it
was beautiful.
And
last but not least, we divided and some of us visited a lookout where
we saw a cliff and it was said we could have been able to see France
if we had a better whether.
